1. Nature of Products

Jagadambika.shop provides digital spiritual services, including:

  • Astrology Consultation

  • Numerology Reports

  • Spiritual Guidance Services

All products are digital and customized, prepared specifically for each customer after receiving required birth details.

2. No Physical Returns

Since our products are digital services, there is no physical product delivery. Therefore:

❌ No return policy applies.
❌ No exchange policy applies.

3. Refund Policy

Because all reports and consultations are:

  • Customized

  • Manually prepared

  • Based on customer-provided data

👉 Payments once made are non-refundable.

However, refund may be considered only in the following cases:

✅ If customer cancels within 1 hour of payment and work has not started.
✅ If wrong payment was made due to duplicate transaction.
✅ If service is not delivered within promised time (without valid reason).

Refund (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
